Change Management
It has always been my intention to write about Change Management (CM). Particularly about how it came about to be an initiative in any organisation, challenges and also solutions.
There several websites and literature about the subject. Many perspectives have been shared about CM and it is also my believe the subject covers a whole spectrum of different subjects in an organisation.
What I endevour is to write and share not just my perspectives but also my personal experiences in CM and what I believe are situations and initiatives closely related to CM.
I welcome feedback and comments and also sharing of experiences and opinions.
I will not promise to be able to update this blog everyday, however I do promise to regularly provide updates.
